Shipping Policy
At 3LETE, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect when you place an order with us:
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–2 business days to process and prepare for shipment.
- Shipping Time: After processing, shipping takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery address. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.
- Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress until it arrives at your door.
- Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping to all 50 states and international. International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or other delays that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from 3LETE, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.
- Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- How to Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at sales@3lete.com with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return label if applicable.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a defect or error on our part (such as receiving the wrong size or item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, simply return the original item and place a new order. We’ll assist you with the exchange process and ensure you get the right fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
